Please note that returns are not free.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

No. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will arrange shipping at your own expense.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
❓ Are custom or personalized products returnable?
No. All custom or personalized products are final sale.
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started.
❓ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@wolfmanarchery.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
❓ Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
No. Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
❓ When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
