📦 Returns & Refunds – FAQ


Can I return an item within 30 days?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

⚠️ Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Do you offer free returns?

No. We do not offer free returns.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


Will you provide a return shipping label?

No. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.


Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • A $20 cancellation fee may apply

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled

If cancellation is requested after shipment:

  • We may attempt to intercept the package
  • If unsuccessful, shipping and related costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Are custom or personalized products returnable?

No. All custom or personalized products are final sale.

This includes:

  • Arrow shaft cutting
  • Feather (fletching) replacement
  • Arrowhead customization

💰 Custom service fee: $7 per dozen (12 arrows)

⚠️ Custom items:

  • Cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins
  • Exceptions apply only for defects or errors caused by us

What about customs duties or refused shipments?

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

If a package is:

  • Refused due to unpaid duties, or
  • Rejected upon delivery

Any resulting:

  • Return shipping
  • Storage fees
  • Product loss or destruction

may be deducted from your refund or charged to you.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

📧 Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number

✔ We will review the issue and provide:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

Are sale items or gift cards returnable?

No. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Discounted items (over 10%)
  • Gift cards

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
