Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
A $20 handling fee will be deducted from the refund for canceled orders prior to shipping.

Order cancellation is not supported once the order has shipped.
You may contact customer service to request a change of delivery address, but please note that we cannot guarantee the request will be successful once the package is in transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required for re-delivery.
- If you choose to cancel the order instead, the refund amount may be minimal, as original shipping fees, labor costs, and product handling costs will be deducted.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information before placing an order to avoid unnecessary charges or delays.

Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a verified quality issue.
In cases of confirmed product defects or quality problems, we will cover the return shipping cost.
